Our Returns Policy:

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days after delivery. At 3M, we aim to 'delight our customers' by offering high quality products and service such that you'll want to visit and buy from us again in the future.

So if, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your 3M products, you may at any time up to 30 days after receipt, return it for a full, no-quibble refund. We just ask that for returns made after 7 working days from delivery, the product must be returned in fully resaleable condition in original and undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or to deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount, if this condition is not satisfied.

Please remember to return with all accessories and packaging as originally supplied. Your refund will be applied to the card used to pay for the order; please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be credited. Refunds will be made to the original card of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning your purchase to us unless we delivered to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

When you buy the Littmann Electronic Stethoscope Model 3100 and 3200 you are entitled to a 14 day money back guarantee. We are so confident that you will be pleased with this purchase but if for any reason you are unhappy with it you are able to return it in a used state with all the packaging within 14 days of the shipped date. If you would like to return the 3100 or 3200 stethoscope please fill in the returns form.

End-of-line or promotional bundles sold via voucher sites eg Groupon are only eligible for return with 7 working days following delivery, unless faulty.

For health & hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund, unless faulty, the following items if they are returned after 7 working days from the delivery date: Nexcare™ and Futuro® Injury Supports, 3M Surgical/Respirator/Face Masks, 3M Littmann® Stethoscopes and 3M E.A.R.™ Earplugs.

3mdirect.co.uk will review your request, as per our Returns Policy. Following authorisation 3M will then send, as appropriate, a pre-paid return postage label.  
Once you receive your return label, please return the goods as indicated.
