Can I return my goods?
Yes, providing your goods are eligible for return. To see if your goods are eligible for return, please refer to our Returns Policy & Process and submit a Product Return request. We will provide you with a pre-paid postage label to you as per our Terms and Conditions.

How long before I get refunded for returned items?
Usually between 3-5 working days after we receive the goods. However this is also dependent on the processing time of your bank and could take up to 30 days.

I would like to provide feedback on my order placed through 3mdirect.co.uk - how do I do this?
Following your purchase you will be given the opportunity to provide feedback on our post-purchase survey, which is automatically sent to you 10 days after the shipping date. Alternatively you can complete our 'Contact Us Form' - please be sure to select 'Feedback: Product' from the drop-down options.

Can I track my parcel/order?
Yes - you can track your order for both City-link and DHL items, but not currently for Royal Mail items. For more information, please click on the relevant link below.

Which countries does 3mdirect.co.uk ship to?
We ship to Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the Isle of Man (Unfortunately we can't currently offer a VAT free service to the Channel Islands). Click here to see a map.

Does 3mdirect.co.uk offer next day delivery as a 'premium' shipping option?
We normally despatch the same day for orders received before 1pm, however, we don't guarantee next day delivery at present. We may, in the future, offer premium options such as guaranteed next day & delivery on a Saturday.

What happens if Royal Mail fail to deliver my package?
Where Royal Mail has failed to deliver the item, they don't consider it to be 'lost' until after 15 working days have elapsed from the due date of delivery (see Royal Mail for further details.) If after 15 working days the package has still not arrived, please contact our Customer Service team on 0845 604 3697, who will be happy to re-issue you with a replacement, free of charge.
