  I have used dozens of these. The adhesive strip is easy to use, strong and simple to release. One problem is the small clear plastic fitting which clicks into back of hook and to which adhesive strip is attached...I find that it can be easily broken. This renders hook useless, and they're not cheap. Otherwise hooks are brilliant. - jo, perth
