Very easy ordering and brilliantly quick delivery. We have extremely hard walls and have really struggled getting picture hooks to go into the wall. I have even destroyed concrete drill bits trying to fix screws into our bricks. So we thought we would give 3M Command Strips a try. The product is simple to use and made putting up pictures extremely easy. However, two of our pictures have since fallen down. The pictures that fell were quite heavy and as such we were using multiple pads, but I guess not all of the pads were fully bonded to the wall so the weight was being carried by fewer pads than is specified for the weight of frame. The lesson is to make sure all the pads are fully bonded to the wall and the frame! We have had no trouble with any of the small picture frames with only one pad. Time will tell if they really will stay fixed. Also, on the frames that fell, we decided to replace the pads for a screw drilled into the wall (another drill bit destroyed). The release system for pealing the pads off the wall and frame worked brilliantly and left no marks. All in all it is a good product.- Andrew, Exeter
