  I was supplied by my local hospital wrist braces to wear at night in an effort to diagnose whether I have Carpel Tunnel syndrone they were dreadful so I searched on line for a wrist brace designed for night use, and have found these are far better. The brace in the palm is well padded and comfortable and the soft fabric is breathable so if you perspire during the night there is very little discomfort. The velcrow fastenings word well and the stitching seems to be of qood quality- David G, London
